My work is about creating a safe space where you can reconnect with your body’s wisdom. In 1:1 sessions, I meet you with trust in your ability to shape your own life. Together, we explore what your body wants to tell – beyond words.
Why touch?
Touch is our first language. It carries memory, emotion, and connection. When words fall short, touch can help regulate the nervous system, soften protective patterns, and open up new ways of being.
A session with me
Our first session is a gentle beginning. We take time to get to know each other, explore your history, and set intentions. Bodywork may be hands-on or hands-off, always adapted to your needs. The relationship we build is as important as the methods we use.
Online sessions
If you’re not in Berlin or prefer to meet remotely, online sessions offer the same somatic awareness through verbal guidance. A chance to connect with yourself, wherever you are.
My approach
I combine somatic psychology, mindfulness, trauma therapy, and body-based practices to support transformation on all levels – emotional, physical, and relational. My intention is always to help you feel more at home in yourself and in the world.
