Sexological Bodywork
Somatic sex education for intimacy and connection
Sexological Bodywork is a body-based, erotic education that supports individuals, couples, and groups in exploring intimacy, sexuality, and connection in safe and conscious ways.
Itβs a holistic and experiential approach, where we meet barriers to pleasure with curiosity, respect, and care β and slowly build bridges to trust, desire, and embodied aliveness.
In sessions we may work with breath, touch, massage, pelvic release, scar tissue remediation, self-love, and compassion practices. Always guided by your needs, boundaries, and intentions.
What does a session look like?
Every session is unique. We begin with a conversation to clarify your wishes, needs, and boundaries. From there we choose together what practices to explore.
The bodywork can take place on a massage table, a mat, or as guided exercises in the room. You are always in control β I ask, communicate, and suggest, while you decide what feels right. At the end we take time to reflect and integrate.
For many, itβs helpful to start with a few regular bodywork sessions to build trust, safety, and familiarity with somatic learning. We can discuss this during an initial call.
Who is it for?
Sexological Bodywork is for anyone who wants to deepen their erotic life β with themselves or with others.
It may be for you if:
- you feel blocked from pleasure or intimacy,
- you want inspiration and new tools with yourself or a partner,
- or you are simply curious to explore your erotic body in a safe setting.
All genders, sexualities, ages, and bodies are welcome.
Important to know
Sexological Bodywork is educational, not sexual services. The focus is always your learning and embodied experience.
- You remain in control of clothing and boundaries.
- I am fully dressed throughout.
- Touch is one-way: I may touch you (if agreed), but you dont touch me.
Why this work matters
Sexological Bodywork invites you into a deeper relationship with your erotic self.
Through somatic coaching - breath, movement, anatomy, imagination and conscious self reflections you can learn to expand your capacity for pleasure, and meet your body with more presence and acceptance. Over time, this can heal old wounds, transform shame, and open space for joy, intimacy, and more vitality in all parts of life.
